To Kay Speck,
We thank you for your wonderful donation of fabrics. We are now making rugs for the Wyong Cancer Clinic, the ladies at our group are starting to use the fabrics in their Christmas crafts as well as Regina will be making some clothing to be sold & moneys donated to Her Cave Inc. to help finance other projects, etc. Because of the fabrics being woolen/blends it will be used more for the cooler months.
To some other wonderful people…….
* We have been donated leather tools from a friend of Her Cave, JD. We hope to be doing some leather work in the new year & have JD come along to show us some tricks of the trade.
* Some other things that have been donated are a Paper making kit, a flower press, an embroidery stand with embroidery equipment, stain glass, tiles for mosaics, a heap of different timber items to either decoupage or paint up, books & mags, sewing thread, paper craft tools, & supplies, etc.
* We are a very thankful for a generous community, without the above we could not offer these to our members & those that may be having financial problems, this is why we are here!!!! If you have something you would like to donate, whether it be financial or items, we are grateful for everything. We now have “Charity status” with such you can claim donations on your tax that are over $2.00
