We have a Home

Hello everyone,
I am proud to announce we now have a permanent home at Kanwal. The Kanwal Community Hall on Pearce Rd, Kanwal, NSW. All sessions are $10 per week & includes use of all equipment, tools, supplies, refreshments are also included, etc. Memberships are $10 per year & are renewable in March each year.
We are open on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays unless otherwise stated.
Mondays – Monday….. We meet at the hall at 9.30am to 1.30pm every Monday unless it is a public holiday. This day is set aside for those women who have young children (although they need to be looked after by you & are your responsibility.   We do different crafts & you can find out more when you visit.
Wednesdays Crafts – This is a child free day where adults can come & enjoy doing their crafts, learn something new, make new friends. It runs from 9.30am to 2.30pm every Wednesday unless otherwise stated. You can spread out as we have plenty of room & tables available, so if you want more room to play we have it at Her Cave Inc. I know from past experience that when you need to have a large area to do your crafts, someone wants that same space or maybe you just live in a small home (like myself).
Saturdays – Teens & Adults – where those teens & adults can not make it through the week due to work or school, we open from 12 noon to 4pm. We do the same things as we have on the other days.

There is a roster for every month as a guide really, for those of you who wish to join in with the activities are more than welcome but if you don’t feel that the craft we are doing in your cup of tea, you are also welcome to do any other crafts, the only condition is that if the people doing the teaching for the group is busy, you may have to wait for a break. The more members we are getting the better chance you get some help (if needed).

We have steadily grown all year & in mid September, 2017 we have a total of 62 members & this grows nearly every week. All the new faces means a larger & more varied array of crafts available. We have plenty of things (supplies) to use due to the community helping us out with donations…. A huge thank you to those people who have donated in the past & those in the future.
